How long have you been cooking? Since I was 16 years old – 34 years.

Do you cook at home? Yes, Thai and American dishes. My family loves American breakfasts, especially the cheese omelets I make.

What is your favorite comfort food? A seafood combo, because when I was growing up we were very poor and couldn’t afford seafood. Now that I can I like to eat it.

Other than your restaurant, where else do you like to eat in Bradenton? The . They have such a variety and everything is fresh.
