Common Link Found In 2 Bradenton Area Homicides
Manatee County Sheriff's detectives believe the deaths of two people on Tuesday may be related.

BRADENTON, FL — A man gunned down on a Bradenton street Tuesday and a woman whose body was found near Terra Ceia Preserve State Park later in the afternoon may have a connection, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office says.
“Detectives have learned that the two victims of yesterday’s homicides, Karl Tuxford and Jordan Finlon, were acquaintances,” a Wednesday morning email from the agency stated. “With that information, detectives believe the two homicides are related.”
Autopsies on both Tuxford and Finlon are being performed today, but the results may take some time to be completed, officials say.
