Cutting Loose Salon Stylists “Drop it like it is Haute”

This year, Cutting Loose Salon stylists entered the Intercoiffure America/Canada “Drop it like it’s Haute” competition for the Nouveau Group.   The Nouveau Group is for stylists who have been styling hair five years or less.  Stylist Kori Reusser and Designer Stylist Emily Parris were awarded 3rd place and stylists Niki Baldun and Chelsea Ferguson placed in the Top 10.  The winners were announced on May 18th at the Intercoiffure Spring Symposium in Hollywood, FL at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Intercoiffure America/Canada is a powerful organization in the hair dressing industry that determines the standards the rest of the industry follows. Only the highest prized leading hair salons hold membership to this prestigious association. Cutting Loose Salon is a member and Cutting Loose Salon owner Coral Pleas is currently Secretary of the Board. The Spring Symposium focuses on business development and advanced technical education.

The Salon has received numerous accolades: recognized by Salon Today Magazine in 2011, 2012, and 2013 as a Top 200 Salon in America; "Best Hair Salon" by Living on the Suncoast in 2012; "Best of the Best" by Sarasota Magazine in 2010, 2012 and 2013; and “Best of SRQ Local” by SRQ Magazine in 2012 and 2013.
