Deputies Search For Boy, Girl In Bradenton: Manatee County Sheriff

A 10-year-old boy last seen playing near his home in Bradenton is believed to be with a friend, a 12-year-old girl: Manatee County sheriff.

BRADENTON, FL — Deputies are searching for two children in Manatee County, authorities said.

Nay’juan Swain, 10, was last seen playing outside his home near the 2200 block of 46th Avenue W. on Thursday around 5 p.m., the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said. He was last seen walking away from the Sandpiper Place complex with a friend and didn’t return as expected.

He’s believed to be with 12-year-old Zhane Jenkins, the sheriff’s office said.

Nay’juan is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 90 pounds. He has short brown hair and a fade on top. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, black gym shorts, black Crocs shoes and a gray skully hat.

Zhane is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
