MANATEE COUNTY, FL — Deputies are searching for a child who is part of an active investigation, according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office news release.

The boy, who is called Daniel, is about 4 years old, the agency said.

He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with an astronaut, planets and stars on it.

Daniel may be with his father, Maynor Daniel Perez Martinez.
