Downtown Bradenton Farmers' Market Returns Saturday
The seasonal event is staged every week through May.
Bradenton residents looking for a sure sign that fall has truly arrived will find it Saturday in downtown.
The Downtown Bradenton Farmers’ Market returns Oct. 4 with an expected weekly run that goes through May 30, 2015. The market is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Old Main Street, just north of Manatee Avenue. It covers three blocks north from Manatee where it ends at Pier 22.
This year’s seasonal event features a variety of activities for people of all ages. In addition to fresh produce and freshly baked goods, the market offers local art, live entertainment, demonstrations, family activities and more. Park is free and leashed dogs are more than welcome.
