Chef Greg Campbell leads the class and guides you through this hands-on sushi session teaching sushi preparation encompassing a variety of sushi styles. Instruction themes also include learning how to cook rice to perfection, preparing sauces, selecting seafood, combining ingredients, and purchasing sushi equipment.
The price is $29.95 per person (plus tax and tip) and includes a complimentary rolling mat, instructional syllabus, and four-course meal: Edamame, Wakame Salad, Rainbow Roll, Spider Roll, and Fried Rice.
