This dinner features an exquisite five-course meal prepared by Chef Greg Campbell: First Course -Salmon Carpaccio, pea shoot micro green salad and a citrus zest vinaigrette in a Parmesan sesame tuille served with a 2009 Starmont Sauvignon Blanc; Second Course - Buttery sweet corn, snow pea and duck confit risotto served with a 2008 Carneros Chardonnay; Third Course - Tenderloin tataki, Merryvale gastrique and tempura fried stuffed bok choy served with a 2006 Napa Merlot; Fourth Course - Beef Wellington, cab jus, twice baked fingerling potatoes and garlic broccolini served with a 2006 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon; Fifth Course - Marinated stuffed sweet Chilean peaches served with Antigua dessert wine .
