New Year’s Eve at Mattison’s Riverside

Downstairs, New Outdoor Waterfront Terrace 
Friday, December 31, 2010 Chef Paul Mattison offers two seating times on the outdoor Waterfront Terrace.  Enjoy live music by Shaman from 7pm-1am on the terrace.

The first seating is at 6pm and offers a Holiday Buffet Menu for $24.95 per person: Mattison's House Salad, Chicken Picatta, Shaved Prime Rib, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables, and Cheesecake.

The second seating is at 9pm and offers a Grand Buffet Menu for $49.95 per person: Gourmet Cheese & Fruit Display, Antipasta Platter, Tomato Basil Bruschetta, Mattison's House Salad, Carved Tenderloin, Grouper Picatta, Herb Crusted Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables, and an extravagant Dessert Display. At midnight, mini cheeseburgers are served.  Party favors are included.

Upstairs New Year's Eve Black Tie Party
Friday, December 31, 2010 from 8pm-1am Mattison's Riverside rings in the New Year in the Waterfront Ballroom, overlooking the beautiful Manatee River. Chef Paul Mattison prepares an exquisite five-course dinner with wine, Champagne, and open bar. Join the exciting VIP party with live music by The Arch, dancing, party favors, large screen TV to watch the ball drop, and much more. Tickets are $100 per person (plus tax and tip).
