Debut author Nicole Quigley will kick off the launch of her award-winning new novel, Like Moonlight at Low Tide on Saturday, Sept. 29 from 11a.m.-1p.m. The launch will feature a short reading from the book, a discussion of writing for young adults (and young adults at heart), and the topic of overcoming bullying. Light refreshments will be provided.
