The International Wine Dinner features special guest, Advanced Sommelier Trey Christy along with an exquisite five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Greg Campbell.

First Course – Pear, goat cheese and pomegranate vinaigrette paired with a 2010 Long Boat Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand; Second Course – Beef Rillette, warm brie, chateau reduction, thyme crostini paired with a 2008 Les Cadrans de Lassegue Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, France; Third Course – Venison Cassoulet and garlic sourdough paired with 2007 Archipel Red Blend, Sonoma, California; Fourth Course – Tira de Asado, chimichurri, apricot, shoestring potatoes paired with a 2009 Piatelli Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina; Fifth Course - Blackberry Cheesecake paired with 2010 Antonio Saguineti Super Tuscan, Tuscany, Italy.
