Pier 22 Restaurant, Patio, Ballroom & Catering announces a Summer Luau and Pig Roast on Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 7-11pm.
The Summer Luau features live tropical music, a limbo contest, fire dancers and a Pig Roast. The menu includes Oysters on the Half Shell, Jerk Chicken Satays, Confetti Seed Salad, Pineapple Glazed Chicken, Poached Cod with Coconut cream and mango chutney, Saffron Rice Pilaf, Sweet Potato Casserole, Fresh Garden Vegetables, Hawaiian Bread with honey whipped butter, Chocolate Dipped Pound Cake and Fresh Fruit.
