This weekly FUN event starts and finishes at the store where REFRESHMENTS ARE PROVIDED! Restrooms and changing rooms are also available, along with gear check to secure your keys at the store. All ages, abilities, and paces are welcome! Distances start at 1.5 miles and go up from there. Nationally certified coaches featuring Head Coach Rae Ann Darling Reed are available to answer questions. "Learn from the best so you can run with the best!"
