Fatal Shooting Investigated In Bradenton: Police
A man was shot and killed Thursday night in Bradenton, police said.
BRADENTON, FL — A fatal shooting that happened Thursday night in Bradenton is under investigation, authorities said.
A 64-year-old man was shot and killed in the 700 block of 17th Street E. around 8:45 p.m., according to a Bradenton police news release.
When officers responded to multiple reports of a shooting, they found the victim, the agency said.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Task Force, Bradenton Police detectives and crime scene investigators, the State Attorney’s Office, and the Medical Examiner’s Office all responded to the scene.
Detectives are working several leads in this case, but no additional information is being made public yet.
