FBI Arrests Man for Attempted Sexual Enticement of a Child
Agents are looking for anyone who has additional information about the Bradenton case.

A 39-year-old Bradenton man faces federal charges after agents from the FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force say he used Craigslist to gain access to young children.
According to the FBI, the case against Nathan Alexander Bryan has been building for about 14 months. Bryan, the agency wrote in an email to media, began placing ads on Craigslist months ago offering babysitting, nanny and housekeeping services. Those services were offered, the email said, so Bryan could “gain access to children.”
Bryan is a Bradenton resident, who has also lived in Orlando, the email said.

Agents did not reveal details in the case, but said the task force made contact with Bryan “during undercover online chat sessions.”
Bryan was charged with attempted enticement of a minor on June 21 and faced his first court appearance June 22. He is being held without bond.

“The mission of the task force is to provide a rapid, proactive and intelligence-driven investigative response to the sexual victimization of children, and other crimes against children within the FBI’s jurisdiction,” the email explained. “Participating Task force members include representatives from the Bradenton Police Department and the Sarasota Police Department, key partners in combating child sex trafficking within our local communities.”
Anyone with information about Bryan or those who may have hired him are asked to call the FBI’s Tampa Field Office at 1-866-838-1153 or email tampa.division@ic.fbi.gov.
