FL-Based Tropicana Creates First Cereal For Orange Juice

Orange juice on cereal? Yeah, Tropicana hopes to make it a thing and create what it calls an "unforgettable breakfast experience."

BRADENTON, FL — Orange juice on cereal? Yeah, Tropicana hopes to make it a thing just in time for National Orange Juice Day.

"Prepare your mind and cereal bowl for an unforgettable breakfast experience," the popular juice company posted on its website.

Tropicana, which is headquartered in Bradenton, said it plans to unveil the "very first cereal for orange juice" Wednesday.

Called Tropicana Crunch, the cereal is made up of honey almond clusters intended to be drowned in, yep, orange juice!

Each box will include a paper sipping straw so consumers can both spoon and slurp their cereal at the same time.

"Some call it weird. Some call it breakfast. We . . . didn't even know it was a thing," the company added. "But turns out, there are totally normal people amongst us juicing up their cereal bowls. You might be one of them!"

Whether you hate the idea or love it, Tropicana says won’t know until you try it.

The company has not said if its new breakfast product will be available for a limited time only or how many people will be able to snag a box.
