Registration Begins Soon For Holiday Tours At Agricultural Museum, Historical Park

PALMETTO, FL — Registration opens soon for free special holiday tours at the Palmetto Historical Park and Manatee County Agricultural Museum at 515 10th Ave. West in Palmetto.

Tours are scheduled Dec. 7-10 at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. There are six individual slots for each tour time and reservations are required, according to a news release from the museum.

The guided tour starts at Palmetto Historical Park’s Carnegie Library, where guests will learn about the history of the Palmetto.

From there, the tour will continue through the park buildings and the Manatee County Agricultural Museum, which highlights the county’s agricultural heritage.

There will be many holiday decorations and festive trees throughout the park and museum. Masks may be required in all buildings.
