The LRHS Mustangs again dominated local competition in the pool

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) swim team are Manatee County Champions for the 12th consecutive year.
Mustangs raced against Bradenton Christian (BCS), Saint Stephens Episcopal School (SSES), Parrish Community High School (PCH S), Manatee High School (MHS), Palmetto High School (PHS), Southeast High School (SEHS), and Braden River High School (BRHS).

Mustangs had a combined score of 959 points. Mustang girls had the top score of 491 points. Mustang boys had the top score of 468 points.

Head Coach Steve Lubrino is proud of all swimmers.
“I’m really proud of all our swimmers, especially our newer swimmers. Lots of swimmers went season best times and I’m looking forward to how they perform during the state series,” Lubrino said.
Mustangs’ next scheduled meet is District championships on Oct. 27 at Selby Aquatic Center.
