Missing Palmetto Girl Left Home On Foot Saturday Afternoon: Manatee County Sheriff

A 16-year-old Palmetto girl has been missing since Saturday afternoon, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.

PALMETTO, FL — A missing Palmetto teenager was last seen Saturday afternoon at her home in the 9300 block of Bayshore Road, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Brianna Pope, 16, was last seen around 4:30 p.m. and left her home on foot.

She has a history of running away from home and requires medication that she doesn’t have with her, the sheriff’s office said.

Brianna has brown hair and brown eyes. She’s between 5 feet, 5 inches and 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs between 120 and 140 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a baggy-fitted yellow t-shirt with blue jeans shorts.
