Motorcyclist Dies In Bradenton Crash, Investigation Underway: Police
A motorcyclist from Palmetto was killed in a traffic crash on Manatee Avenue in Bradenton Sunday afternoon, Bradenton police said.
BRADENTON, FL — A Palmetto man was killed after his motorcycle overturned in a Bradenton traffic crash Sunday afternoon.
David A. Williams, 36, was speeding in the 1800 block of Manatee Avenue E. around 3:50 p.m. when he crashed into another vehicle turning south onto 18th Street E., according to a Bradenton police news release.
Williams died at the scene, while the other driver was brought to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

While the investigation is ongoing, no criminal charges are expected, police said.
