Nemitz Joins Palma Sola Bay Club

Palma Sola Bay Club (www.palmasolabayclub.com), a luxury condominium community currently under construction in Bradenton, Fla., recently welcomed Susan Nemitz as a new home sales representative.

Born and raised in Ft. Myers, Fla., Nemitz has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, working in the real estate industry and for a builder in Hillsborough County, where she has lived for the past 35 years. In her new role, she will be responsible for the sales, marketing and act as the community liaison for the Palma Sola Bay Club.
