After Monday School Bus Crash In Bradenton, No Students Reported Seriously Injured: FHP

BRADENTON, FL — There were no injuries reported after a Monday morning crash in Bradenton involving a Manatee County school bus, Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.

The bus was heading west through the Royal Palm Terrace Apartments complex at 5030 26th Street East around 9:20 a.m. At the same time, a car was driving east through the same complex.

As they passed, the car, driven by a 28-year-old Sarasota man, hit the left side of the bus, FHP said.

There were 13 students aboard the bus, which was driven by a 33-year-old Sarasota man, at the time of the accident.

There were no serious injuries reported after the crash, FHP said.
