The meat department specializes in fine cuts of high-quality meat from Nebraska and Iowa, while the seafood department carries a great selection of local fish, as well as salmon, sushi grade tuna, crawfish and wild caught Louisiana shrimp. The store also carries unique items upon request, such as beef tongue and Rocky Mountain Oysters. Furthermore, for special orders, The Chop Shop will dry age beef upon request.
