Starter Ross Ohlendorf was roughed up for four earned runs on five hits in two-plus innings as a Pittsburgh Pirates split squad dropped an 11-4 game to the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday at McKechnie Field before a crowd of 5,352.
Lyle Overbay hit his team-leading third home run for the Pirates (7-10) and extended his hitting streak to six games.

Andrew McCutchen showed no ill effects from a wrist injury suffered a day earlier, doubling and homering in the Pirates' 6-4 split-squad loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday in Dunedin.
Former Bradenton Marauder Jeff Locke started for the Pirates and allowed one earned run in two innings, allowing two hits and fanning three. He threw 29 of his 41 pitches for strikes.
Edwin Encarnacion hit a solo homer for the Blue Jays (7-7).
UP NEXT (MARCH 13):
The Pirates host the Red Sox in a 1:05 p.m. affair Saturday in Bradenton. Brad Lincoln is scheduled to start for Pittsburgh against Boston’s Josh Beckett. Joel Hanrahan, Jeff Karstens, Chris Resop and Chris Leroux are also expected to pitch for the Pirates.
