SCF Manatees Brendon Little Named Pitcher of the Week for Second Time
The Florida College System Activities Association has named Brendon Little, a pitcher for SCF, its Pitcher of the Week for the second time.

The Florida College System Activities Association has named Brendon Little, a pitcher for State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF), its Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season. Little received the honor based on games played April 17-23.
Little was 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA during the voting period. He threw six scoreless innings in the Manatees 4-3 victory over nationally ranked Polk State College, giving up four hits and walking one. The only scoring run while he was pitching was unearned. Little, the state leader in strikeouts, earned 13 more in his only start of the voting period.
Little is 4-3 on the season and has an impressive 2.39 ERA. He has struck out 124 batters while only walking 19.

The Manatees return to the FCSAA State/NJCAA Region 8 tournament at 1 p.m. May 5 against the winner of the third place play-in game. The tournament will be played at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Fla.
