St. Patrick’s Day 2022: Here’s How To Celebrate In Bradenton

BRADENTON, FL — Looking for something fun to do on St. Patrick’s Day? Here are some parties and other events planned in the Bradenton area on Thursday.

Saint Caddy’s Day

Caddy’s Bradenton, 801 Riverside Drive E., Bradenton

Opens at 11 a.m.

A special Irish menu will be served all day. Bagpipers perform from 5 to 5:30 p.m. and the IDK Band takes the stage from 6 to 9 p.m.

St. Patrick’s Day at Main Street

Lakewood Ranch Main Street

1 to 9 p.m.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Main Street at this event hosted by McGrath’s Irish Ale House. There will be Irish food and beer, games and entertainment for the kids, as well as a 50/50 raffle and giveaways. Live entertainment includes performers from local Irish dance schools and musical acts Pati’O Furniture, Celt-ish and Celtic Conundrum.

St. Patrick’s Day at Woody’s River Roo

Woody’s River Roo, 5717 18th Street E., Ellenton

Noon to 7:30 p.m.

The Fulcos and EST Band will perform all afternoon at this restaurant and bar on the Manatee River. There will also be face painting and balloon sculptures for the kids.

Clancy’s St. Paddy’s Day Bash

Clancy’s Irish Pub, 6218 Cortez Road W., Bradenton

Noon to 10 p.m.

Traditional corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie, hot dogs and hamburgers, and Irish coffee will be served. There will be entertainment all day, including the Eric Von Band, performers from the Irish Dance Academy of Sarasota, authentic Irish music by Paul & Jeffrey, Busline 13, Irish bagpipers and more.

St. Paddy’s Day on Old Main Street

Old Main Street, Bradenton

4 to 10 p.m.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the restaurants and watering holes on Old Main Street along with some local vendors, including 360 Vibes, Reel Down, T&L BBQ, Matt Garza and His Food Cart, Sun Art, Light Up Booth, St Patty's Day Shirt Tent, Mad Marks, Firkins and Bite Me Jerky.

St. Patrick’s Day at the Freckled Fin

Freckled Fin Irish Pub, 5337 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach

9 a.m. to close

If you get there early, grab a free Jameson shot from 9 to 9:30 a.m. $4 Guinness and $5 Irish coffees are available until 11 a.m. Free St. Patrick’s Day swag and Jello shots while supplies last. A special St. Patrick’s Day menu includes corned beef and cabbage and Reubens. Musical acts include Josh Gilton from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Acoustic Thunder from 6 to 10 p.m.
