(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Long time Lakewood Ranch High School (LRHS) television production teacher Bryon Stedman has decided to step down from his position after 18 years with the school.

He has chosen to move on from the LRHS and accept a job offer from Manatee Schools TV in the district.
Stedman said, "It's been a really tough decision but it's something I must do. It'll be a good change."

Stedman claimed he'll miss his students and all the fun they have with the Lakewood Live morning announcement show and goofing around in class.

"I've created a bond with these kids. It's like we're family and it's going to be hard to leave the family," said Stedman. "As for my time here, it has been the greatest thing to ever come my way in terms of a job. Lakewood Ranch High School is an incredible place where I've made friends that feel like family."
