Patch: How long have you lived in the area?

Patch: What do you love about living and working in our town?
Lane: I love being able to walk into businesses in the area and call people by their names, it makes you feel like you belong to something special. I love when people come into my office or refer to my office as "Their Doctor or Physician." I love what I do and have a passion for people, both in health and overall being.
Patch: What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you?
Lane: That we truly do care about quality customer service, their condition, and want to help. If we can't help, we will do our best to refer them to someone that can.Β
Patch: Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service:
Lane: I would like to think that we provide or try to provide good customer service to everyone, especially since we have a no wait policy and same day appointments, not bad for a doctor's office! But one time I helped a wife of a cancer patient. Her husband was really sick and she didn't have a lot of resources to pay for treatment, so we adjusted our fees to virtually nothing and treated her like she was our million dollar patient. She was so thankful that she referred about 10 or so people from her congregation. I believe in doing what you can, when you can, always. Life is good! I have others but that one happened real early in my career and has stuck with me.
