Sheriff's Office Community Enrichment Grants Now Available

Funding seized from criminal activity is put back into the community through HCSO Community Enrichment Grants, which are now available. Applications are due April, 27, 2012.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office cares about our community, and thinks that criminals should pay to make it better.

Funds that are seized from criminal activity are put to good use and back into building our community through the HCSO Community Enrichment Grant Program. The 2012 HCSO Community Enrichment Grants are now available! Any 501(c)(3) organization can apply for the grants, which are available in amounts of up to $1,500.00 each. The funding can be used to purchase tangible items to make improvements to parks, community buildings, recreational areas/equipment, or other community oriented projects. Grant applications are due by the end of business day on Friday, April 17th, 2012.

For more information or to obtain an application, please contact the Community Outreach Division at (813) 247-8115 or visit our website at http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/Featured-Info/News/Community-Enrichment-Grants.aspx.
