Precious little boy cat found in your stall road golf course

We are trying to find his family who we believe lives in the area.Whomever is leaving cans of food  is leaving  and paper plates around where my friend has a home and is feeding them. Please stop… it’s making a mess. The cat is fed on her porch every night clean please stop leaving cans and paper plates in the area . The little boy needs a family, and I already have the maximum amount that my HOA would allow. My friend has dogs that utilize the screen porch in the bedrooms all day in her condo. We are willing to pay for all of his shots, microchip, deworming, and a bubble bath, but we’re looking for a loving stable family with a screened in porch or lanai that would give this boy relief from the heat and a gentle pair of arms. He has a pedal pink nose and the little scratch has healed. He is being fed and watered, but outside is rough on him if you’re looking for a gentle docile kitty for your lap and would commit to him, we will give you the first bag of litter and litter box also and have a no question ask return policy if something doesn’t work out …so he doesn’t wind up in the pound.
