Lane Family Chiropractic Recognized for Customer Service

While many doctors hear complaints about long wait times and poor service, Dr. Tommy Lane’s story is different.

In fact, Carrollwood-Northdale Patch readers chose Lane Family Chiropractic for the site’s first-ever Readers’ Choice: Best in Customer Service Award. Lane topped 63 other local businesses in the multi-round contest that ran earlier this year. , Lane bested the Carrollwood Area Business Association with a total of 1,264 votes to 370.

Lane was recently presented with the customer service award to hang in his Fletcher Avenue office.

"I think it's awesome that our patients speak highly about us, and it reflects the job that we do," Lane said shortly after the win. "My staff was all over it. One day, we saw 40 patients, and they said they went and voted."
