• Girl, 6, claims sex assault at ritzy Christian school — but academy sues her parents with absurd explanation (nypost.com) — A lawsuit involving Creation Village World School in Celebration alleges the school failed to protect a young student from repeated misconduct by another child, then expelled her and countersued her parents. The family claims the experience left their daughter with serious emotional and physical distress, while the school denies wrongdoing. A jury trial is scheduled for March 2028.
