Hulk Hogan's Widow Sky Daily Denies Grooming Allegations Amid Lawsuits: Reports

Two lawsuits accuse Hulk Hogan's widow of negligence and grooming a young woman into Scientology, while her son faces abuse allegations.

CLEARWATER, FL — Sky Daily, the widow of professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, is denying allegations in two civil lawsuits involving her son, Hayden Hitt. The complaints accuse Daily of negligence and attempting to groom a young woman into Scientology, while also detailing allegations of sexual assault and physical abuse, according to multiple reports.

She was married to Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, from September 2023 until his death in July 2025 at age 71.

The lawsuits, filed by two women identified as Jane Does, involve allegations of sexual assault, physical abuse and negligence stemming from incidents connected to Daily's Clearwater home, TMZ reported.

Daily addressed some of the allegations in a social media video posted on Saturday, denying that she is a Scientologist and disputing claims that she attempted to groom one of the women.

One lawsuit involves a March 28 party hosted by Hitt at the Clearwater home while Daily was attending a Real American Wrestling event, reports said.

A minor identified as Jane B. Doe alleges she began losing consciousness after taking a sip of a Four Loko given to her by another minor, identified as John B. Doe, according to reports. She alleges John B. Doe sexually assaulted her while she was incapacitated.

The complaint also claims Hitt helped facilitate the alleged assault and guarded the bedroom door, reports said.

The lawsuit also accuses Daily of providing alcohol for the party despite knowing minors would be attending and disposing of potential evidence following the alleged assault, reports said.

Jane B. Doe is suing Daily and Hitt for negligence, while John B. Doe is being sued for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, Fox News reported.

A second lawsuit was filed by another Jane Doe, who said she previously lived with Daily and Hitt and experienced repeated physical abuse by Hitt, reports said.

The woman began dating Hitt after meeting him on social media in 2025, while still a minor and in guardianship after the death of a parent, and eventually moved into Daily's home, the Tampa Bay Times reported. She alleged that Hitt physically assaulted her on multiple occasions, including at the March 28 house party.

Hitt's age hasn't been published by any media outlets referenced in this story.

"Jane Doe entered into a relationship with Defendant Hitt which was mentally and physically abusive. … Defendant Hitt would physically attack Jane Doe sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by [his mother,]" the lawsuit reads, according to Complex.

The woman also accused Daily of being a Scientologist, claiming that the late wrestler's widow tried to groom her into joining the Church of Scientology, reports said.

The lawsuit alleges Daily eventually evicted the woman after she contacted police following an alleged altercation with Hitt.

After the second Jane Doe alleged that police quickly closed an investigation into her complaints, the Clearwater Police Department disputed that claim in a statement to Us Weekly.

"In March of this year, the Clearwater Police Department began an investigation after allegations were made after a party that occurred in the 100 block of Devon Drive on Clearwater Beach," police said in the statement. "The allegations were related to sexual battery and supplying alcohol to minors. Detectives conducted their investigation and referred the case to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney's Office for any potential prosecution. The case is not closed; media reports indicating that are inaccurate."

In her social media video, Daily denied being a Scientologist, saying she was born into the religion but later embraced her grandparents' Episcopalian faith before becoming a Baptist.

The allegations stem from a longstanding issue with an unnamed man, whom she describes as a "stalker" who has harassed her and her family, even showing up outside her home.

"This lie started from my stalker, who has stalked me for years before I even ever met Terry [Hogan]. He's just incessantly called me and texted me through social media apps because I did never gave him my phone number. I never knew him like that," Daily said in the video. "He has an anti-Scientology website, so he would like corner me and be like, 'I know you're not a Scientologist, and I got to get you to talk on my show.' He, you know, married with children, still trying to be like, 'You've got to meet me for a drink. You've got to hang out.' I've had to block him on everything."

She also addressed allegations involving her son's education in the video, explaining that she enrolled him in an online homeschooling program so he could earn high school credits while pursuing electrician training.

She acknowledged that the program is rooted in Scientology, but said its coursework covers standard academic subjects.

"It just teaches normal stuff like biology and math and all that kind of stuff, and it uses a study technology. And it doesn't have anything to do with any spiritual anything about Scientology. I know about this school because I used to be a Scientologist, and I'm just trying to get my kid his credits so he can graduate and go to electricity school," Daily said. "I don't teach for them. I just had to be a, what's it called, a homeschool parent or homeschool teacher to get my kid through his high school credits. Just like a non-Christian can put their kid in Christian school, it doesn't make them a Christian, and that does not make me a Scientologist."
