Boy on Bike Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver in Clearwater
BREAKING: The suspect vehicle was described as a gray or charcoal, four-door sedan, possibly with tinted windows, police said.

CLEARWATER, FL – A 7-year-old boy was struck by a hit-and-run motorist at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Druid Road in Clearwater, police said Tuesday evening.
The boy was riding his bike with two friends when they attempted to cross the road in the crosswalk, according to the Clearwater Police Department.
Police said the car, described as a four-door, charcoal or gray sedan with possibly tinted windows, stopped briefly and then left the scene heading north on Myrtle.

The child was transported by ambulance to Bayfront Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries, the department said.
