Clearwater Celebrates International Walk to School Day

Clearwater students joined thousands of others across the globe Wednesday in recognizing International Walk to School Day.

To make sure walkers, bikers and their families were safe along the way, the Clearwater Police Department joined in. Officers on foot, bicycles, motorcycles and in cars provided escorts for four local elementary schools – Belleair, Eisenhower, Plumb and Leila Davis.
