Clearwater Man Dies In Shooting At Super 8 Motel
Police are searching for a "person of interest" and released a photo of a man who authorities say may have information about the shooting
CLEARWATER, FL - A 44-year-old man died in a shooting at the Super 8 Motel at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday, police said. The victim was identified as Jermaine Crumpton of Clearwater. Police are searching for a "person of interest" and released a photo of a man who authorities say may have information related to the shooting.
Clearwater police and Clearwater Fire Rescue responded to a call of shots fired at the Super 8 Motel, 22950 U.S. 19 Tuesday night. Crumpton was found with a gunshot wound and was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with serious injuries. He died Wednesday morning, police said.
