Easter 2021: Egg Hunts, Bunny Visits In Pinellas County

Here are some Easter activities taking place this weekend in Pinellas County.

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — Grab your Easter basket. It's time to hunt for eggs in Pinellas County.

Kirk Church Annual Egg Hunt

Kirk Church, 2686 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, will host its free annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church yard.

Thousands of eggs will be hidden and kids will receive a bag to hunt for 25 eggs each. Some eggs will have prizes. The Easter Bunny will be on hand as well for photos.

Chalk-Lit Sidewalk Chalk Contest

The St. Pete Beach Community Center will bring back its family-friendly sidewalk chalk contest on Saturday, April 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at Horan Park, 7701 Boca Ciega Drive, St. Pete Beach. This is a free event but registration is required and space is limited so sign up now at www.spbrec.com.

Easter At The Suncoast Primate Sanctuary

The Suncoast Primate Sanctuary, 4600 Alternate 19, Palm Harbor, will host its annual Easter egg hunt Saturday, April 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring your own basket and enjoy one of the scheduled egg hunts. There will also be games and other children's activities.

Egg hunts will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Trail tours will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

And reptile feedings, talks and shows featuring the Gator Crusader will take place from noon to 2:30 p.m.

The suggested donation to enter the nonprofit sanctuary is $10 to $15 for adults and children age 11 and up, $10 for children age 3 to 10 and free for children age 2 and under. Click here.

Easter At Raprager Family Farms

Raprager Family Farms, 16907 Boy Scout Road, Odessa, will host an Easter celebration in the country Sunday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There will be Easter egg hunts for two age groups twice a day with 10,000 eggs to be found, photos with the Easter Bunny, pony rides, Easter chicks and three giant Flemish rabbits to pet, Easter fudge and food from 5 Piggy Bar B Que foot truck. The cost is $12.50.

Easter Bunny Brunch

Bogota Kitchen & Bar, 917 11th St, Palm Harbor, will host an Easter Bunny Brunch Saturday, April 3 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy a buffet and visit with the Easter Bunny. Professional photos will be taken by Sky VW Bus. There will be games, prizes and an Easter egg hunt. The cost is $15 for adults and $10 for children. Hippity Hoppity Egg Hunt

Gulfport Recreation Center, 5730 Shore Blvd. S., will host a Hippity Hoppity Egg Hunt Saturday, April 3 from 10 to 11 a.m. featuring Easter egg hunts for children up to 11 years old. Bring your own basket and mask. Click here.

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1955 S Belcher Road, Clearwater, will host an Easter egg hunt Saturday, April 3 at 10:30 a.m. in the grotto outside the church. Community Easter Event

Ksport Taekwondo Academy will host a community Easter event Saturday, April 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. in Highlands Plaza field next to Walmart, 1841 N. Highland Ave., Clearwater. The event will include an Easter egg hunt, professional DJ, food truck, vendors, games and prizes.

Little Explorers Palm Harbor, 35225 U.S. 19 Palm Harbor, will host an Easter Part Saturday, April 3 from 9 to 11 a.m. featuring an egg hunt, balloon drop and visits with the Easter Bunny. Space is limited so click here for reservations.

Beta Sigma Phi Easter Egg Hunt

Beta Sigma Phi will host an Easter egg hunt Saturday, April 3, at 9 a.m. at the England Brothers Bandshell Park, 5010 81st Ave. N., Pinellas Park.

Sea Turtle Easter Egg Hunt

Tampa Bay Watch Marine Center, 3000 Pinellas Bayway S., Tierra Verde, will host an Easter egg hunt to celebrate the start of sea turtle nesting season. It will take place Saturday, April 3 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. There will be egg hunts, snacks, games and prizes. The cost is $8 for adults and $6 for children. Register here.
