FRESH BREAD: Dare to the Different!

The reward of not being swayed by the crowd, but following your convictions.

FRESH BREAD: "But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it." Num.14:24

God described Caleb as one who had a different mindset or attitude. As He compared Caleb's character to the ten men who went with him and Joshua to spy out the Promised Land, there were definite differences.
Most noticeably, Caleb's firm convictions caused him to trust God despite what was happening around him, and that trust in God caused him to develop a conquering attitude. Caleb said, "“Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.” (Num.13:30)

It was because of this mindset that he (Caleb) was able to receive the promise of God.
So today, take inventory of the attitudes and mindsets within you. Does what you think align with what God has said? Are your attitudes governed by your circumstances? Caleb's faith in God was unwavering and his outlook on life showed it. May this also be your testimony today.
