Habitat Pinellas homeowner candidates Tiffany Donaldson (323 Aristotle St.) and Torsha Sneed (322 Aristotle St.) have both completed the required 20 homebuyer education classes and are nearing completion on their 350 required sweat equity hours. They will purchase their respective homes with 0 percent interest loan through Habitat, keeping their mortgage affordable.

“Without collaborations with great organizations like the Pinball Clemons Foundation and Warrick Dunn Charities, stability, self-reliance and the dream of homeownership for families like the Donaldsons and Sneeds would not be possible,” said Mike Sutton, CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County. “We are grateful for both foundations’ commitments to our community and the families we serve.”
