CLEARWATER, FL — Hulk Hogan’s second Clearwater Beach home, a Gulf-front cottage on the beach’s popular north end, has hit the market for $4.5 million, according to a news release from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.

The property at 1038 Eldorado Ave. is being sold as part of the late wrestler’s estate, but under a separate listing from the 5,400-square-foot estate next door. That home has an asking price of $11 million.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, died in his primary home at age 71 in July, Patch previously reported.

The smaller cottage, a 2,062-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath coastal home, “presents a move‑in‑ready opportunity suited for a primary residence, second home or high‑end investment property,” Coldwell Banker said. “The home balances classic beach cottage architecture with modern updates, complemented by outdoor living spaces oriented toward the Gulf.”

The property comes with private beach access, and a private pool and spa overlooking the Gulf.
