It’s SyFy Fourth Friday! Blast Friday is back!

It's SyFy Fourth Friday again this Friday April 27 and another 10,000 Maniacs will descend on downtown Clearwater when the rock band 10,000 Maniacs joins the regular maniacs for Blast Friday! That should be at least 20,000 Maniacs total, so put your party thetan on and come have a blast. This is just a small part of a Gasparilla style series of celebrations that lead up to the SyFy Fourth Friday September 28 super boat reenactment of Sea Org’s fleet of ships arrival in Clearwater in 1975 and the beginning of Project Normandy to invade the city. Many have compared these SyFy Fourth Friday festivals to the fun filled Gasparilla festivities that surround the pirate Jose Gaspar’s invasion of Tampa. So come dressed as your favorite intergalactic traveler (or any other fiction fantasy character) and enjoy the revelry of fellow space travelers. The stage will be set up directly across from the Scientology information center at the intersection of Ft Harrison and Cleveland. Have a drink and get clear at Clear Sky and enjoy the music of 10,000 Maniacs. Party starts at 5:30. Free sunset at 8:03 sharp. May the fourth be with you. Nanu, Nanu!
