A Largo man was arrested after Clearwater Police said he was driving 116 mph on the Courtney Campbell Causeway with two toddlers in the car.
LARGO, FL — A Largo man was arrested after Clearwater Police said he was found driving 116 mph on the Courtney Campbell Causeway with two toddlers in the back seat.
According to police, Daniel Bernard-Nieves, 24, was weaving in and out of traffic, reaching speeds of 116 mph in a 60 mph zone.
When police pulled him over, they discovered that Bernard-Nieves had a 2-year-old and 3-year-old in the back seat of the car.
