Michael Russell Joins Keller Williams Gulfside Realty in Clearwater

LARGO, FL – November 8, 2016 -- Michael Russell has joined the Keller Williams Gulfside Realty team in Largo, FL. He will work in the office with Missy James, Russell’s mother, and The James Real Estate Network, a Peter Vekselman affiliated firm.

Russell has 20 plus years of experience in real estate. He was born into a real estate family in Winter Park, FL. He moved to Clearwater Beach in 1995 and attended Clearwater Central Catholic High School. While in high school and college he worked with Jerry Rendel Realty Inc, his grandfather’s real estate office. He became a full time Realtor in 2005.

Prior to becoming a full time real estate agent, Russell attended the Bob Hogue School Florida Appraisal Licensing course; achieving an Appraisal Trainee License. He went onto Mortgage Broker School and Insurance School to achieve a license in Insurance. He also received his SFR designation, making him a Certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Expert.

“I look forward to working with Missy and bringing Peter Vekselman’s and RBP Investments consultative selling approach to the Clearwater area. Working with RBP provides us many options to help the seller, whether it’s through a traditional listing or a direct sale. Missy had great success with this approach in the Jacksonville area and we are excited to continue that success throughout the Suncoast,” Russell said.

Russell is a certified luxury home and waterfront specialist. He is involved with Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Counsel, Inc. NAR, National Association of Realtors and Florida Association, and Pinellas Realtor Organization. He believes in volunteering to help others and is actively involved with Surfers for Autism and the American Cancer Society.
