Man Who Made To-Do List That Included 'Snatching Lil Girl' Faces 50 Counts Of Child Porn

CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater man accused of making a to-do list discovered by police that included buying duct tape, a condom and "snatching a lil girl" is facing additional charges.

Clearwater police have charged Jacob Alexander Holman, 26, of Mulberry Drive with an additional 49 counts of possession of child pornography, making it 50 counts for that charge alone. He also faces the original attempted kidnapping charge as well.

He remains in the Pinellas County Jail without bond.

Police became aware of Holman's intentions during an investigation into a domestic dispute Oct. 21 at his home. That's when officers found a list written in his handwriting that contained things he needed to purchase and do. It included duct tape, gloves, a shovel, a flashlight, a first aid kit, a condom, "snatch up lil girl" and "throw in trunk."

On his cell phone, police found a video he'd taken at a local store of a girl who appeared to be about 5 years old.

"So often in this profession, we see the tragic outcome after a heinous crime is committed," said Clearwater Police Chief Dan Slaughter."This is one of those rare occasions where we were fortunate to be able to intervene before the crime happened. I can't be more grateful for the citizen reporting a concern and for the great work by our detectives in the Crimes Against Children and Families Unit."

The possession of child pornography charges stem from images found on Holman's electronic devices, which have been examined by forensic detectives.
