PODS participates in nationwide Army & Air Force Exchange Service Veterans Day celebration, sponsors $1,000 shopping spree
Moving and storage leader PODS will continue its avid support of military personnel by participating in this year’s Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s (Exchange) Veterans Day celebrations.
On Saturday, Nov. 8, PODS will join 42 Exchange store locations across the United States to honor all veterans who have bravely served. A raffle drawing will be held and one lucky Exchange shopper will win a $1,000 shopping spree sponsored by PODS.
“PODS is proud to stand with the Exchange to support this celebration,” said Cherlyne Rouse, Strategic Account Manager for PODS Enterprises, Inc. “It’s a privilege to partner with an organization that does so much to improve the lives of our country’s Soldiers, Airmen and their families.”

PODS has provided moving and storage services for more than 40,000 military members and families. Through an agreement with the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), PODS offers special discounts to customers of NEXCOM, theExchange, Marine Corps Community Services and Coast Guard Community Services at more than 200 U.S. installations. PODS’ services are ideal for personally procured moves, retirement, military separation, deployment storage, and project-specific storage.
PODS will also support NEXCOM’s Navy Blue Holiday Season promotion by committing funds to sponsor gift cards for NEXCOM shoppers.
