The Teamsters Decision on my Appeal - September 11th

After waiting for more than 3 months on an Appeal from the “Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Trust.” They decided again, to deny my “Retirement Disability Pension” from disabilities that, I received at their workplace.

• The Teamsters said, I had to meet the Eligibility coverage of: Being a vested member or age Pensioner. In which, I am.
• Must receive recent coverage for disabilities as in their by laws.
• And receive disability Insurance for benefits under the Federal Social Security Act. Which I do.

The Teamsters went of the fact that because I was not working for Costco during the Social Security decision for retirement I do not qualify for the Retirement Disability Pension. My issue is these disabilities that I received at a Teamsters place of work, is what lead the Social Security to determine my retirement along with my disabilities with the Navy.

The Teamsters did decide that 6 years from now they will pay me as a vested participant for an aged pensioner of 55 years of age.

I found it interesting though, as a met of guilt. They did say, if I disagreed with their decision , I have a right to bring civil action under 502(a) of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended.

Here’s the problem with America right here; after calling about 100 Attorney’s and Lawyers to pick up this lawsuit and run with it. 99 Attorneys said, “No way,” they feared being retaliated or blackball out of the legal practice and one attorney said “I would have to pay him win or loss an substantial amount.” A phone call from the Department of Labor via President Obama said, “they heard this, is how it goes, as well!”

In other-words the Teamsters knew this and that’s why, they sent their decision of denial, telling me don’t lose hope, you can sue us! BS!!!

After writing this article; I realized one thing, America needs ISIS and Al Qaeda’s . I hope they occupy; this American capitalist society. The Teamsters our by and far, worst than any terror-group in the Middle-East.

I also found it interesting the Teamsters after denying my appeal, they wanted all 4 of their appeal pages to say to me; Here’s your Sept 11th,2014 Appeal, I’m sorry we could not reach a more favorable decision for you like I should hint to something....
