Join us for a 6-week Tai Chi & Qigong series at the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center. Whether you're completely new to Tai Chi or have previous experience, these classes offer a supportive and welcoming environment to learn and grow.
Tai Chi is often described as "meditation in motion." Through mindful movement, breathing, balance, and awareness, you'll develop skills that support both physical and mental well-being while learning an art that has been practiced for centuries.

Perfect for beginners and those looking to build a strong foundation in Tai Chi and Qigong.
☯️ Intermediate & Advanced Continuing the Yang 24 Form & Qigong
Tuesdays • 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
July 7, 14, 21, 28 • August 4, 11
Designed for students continuing their Tai Chi journey through the traditional Yang Style 24 Form, must have taken prior classes of the Yang 24 Form with Sonya.
