• Alleged U.S. Marshal Scam Suspect Arrested After Senior Loses More Than $300,000 (tamaractalk.com) — A Tamarac-based fraud investigation led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man accused of helping steal more than $300,000 in gold from a senior through a fake U.S. Marshal scheme. Coconut Creek residents are urged to be wary of callers demanding money or personal banking details and to report suspicious contacts to law enforcement immediately.
