City leaders are weighing service impacts and alternatives like partnerships, user fees, and naming rights before deciding at a July 2 TRIM meeting.

Sportsplex plans paused as city seeks to prioritize charter school relocation (coralspringsflnews.com) — Coral Springs officials are putting the $100 million Sportsplex upgrade on pause so they can prioritize relocating Coral Springs Charter School to city-owned land on Royal Palm Boulevard. Concerned about a possible statewide homestead tax cut and unwilling to raise the millage rate, commissioners are working with Charter Schools USA on a deal that could move the tuition‑free school within three years.
