
Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach’s monthly wine dinner series will continue at JWB Grill on Thursday, May 14, at 6:30 p.m., featuring J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines.
The four-course prix fixe dinner will showcase selections from J. Lohr’s acclaimed portfolio, highlighting wines shaped by the coastal influences of Monterey and the bold character of Paso Robles and Napa Valley. The menu will include:
First Course: Scallop Tartare, Aji Amarillo Crème, and a seaweed cone matched with Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blan
Second Course: Shallow water stone crab claws and a spring mix salad matched with Arroyo Vista Chardonnay
Third Course: Barrel cut filet mignon, grilled citrus shrimp, purple cauliflower-garlic purée and grilled broccoli matched with Pure Paso Red Blend
Finale: Yuzu cheesecake, passion fruit compote and coconut meringue matched with Late Harvest Riesling
The wine experience is $145 per person and includes wine pairings, a four-course dinner, tax, gratuity and valet parking. Space is limited, and reservations are required.
